- The Hanover Park Regional High School District strives to meet the general and individual needs of its students. Preparation is offered for those who expect to continue their education beyond high school and for those who plan to seek immediate employment after high school. Through curricular offerings, extracurricular activities, and special services, our high school district assists each student to become a better person and citizen.
The Hanover Park Regional High School District employs a "Word of the Day" program to enhance vocabulary development and reinforcement. Every day of the school year a designated word is made part of the morning announcements. This announcement identifies the word, its spelling, part of speech and definition. First period teachers are encouraged to briefly discuss the word, particularly if it is relevant to their department and curriculum. |
