Spring Musical Information

     

     

    The HP Players produces two shows a year, a FALL DRAMA and a Spring Musical In addition to performing, other opportunities are available in the technical aspects of the show including stage crew.

      Please note that in lieu of rehearsals on Presidents' weekend, Cast will come Sunday 2/26, as previously reserved for emergency.  Crew and Pit schedules are not always the same as Cast.

     PROOF YOUR INFO/ADS.  Turn in Shirt orders.  Get headshots done.

    Tuesday 2/21 FULL CAST and CREW EVERY DAY FROM NOW ON.  Music and Mics, Crew, 230-5, Candids, group shots, Chambers 5:30-7 Turn in your shirt orders, sign the autograph page (small and neatly within the box) - cross your name off the list.  PROGRAM GOES TO PRINT TODAY.

    Wednesday 2/22 HANG FRENCH STREET BACKDROP DURING THE DAY 230-6 FULL MIC RUN, add Pit at 5.  Crew 6-9 (we will feed you)  FINAL DEADLINE FOR T-SHIRTS - NO EXCUSES  CHILI’S TODAY! 

    Thursday 2/23 FULL CAST MUSIC/MIC RUN WITH PIT BAND ADULTS 2:30-6 CREW. 

    Friday 2/24 FULL CAST AND CREW 2:30-6 or later - COSTUMES COME, MAKEUP DAY with Mrs. Apicella, watch videos of rehearsals, clean up what we can in dances/songs.
     
     "Tech Saturday" 2/25 - FULL CAST, CREW, PIT 9-4 (lunch provided)  TICKETS FOR SALE 9-10am.  2 Full Run-throughs (hopefully in costume) With Sound and Adult Pit Players.

    SUNDAY "#Hot mess day" 2/26 - FULL CAST DANCE/BLOCKING REVIEW, PICKUP REHEARSAL IN COSTUME, STAGE CREW, no sound needed. 10-3

     Monday 2/27 (Faculty meeting) 2:20- 6.  Seniors get into makeup 8th period.  NO CHAMBER SINGERS.  FULL CAST/CREW/PIT/ADULTS FULL RUN IN MAKEUP/COSTUMES UNTIL 6

     Tuesday 2/28 Final Tech Dress 2:20 until we are done.  Seniors get into makeup 8th period. 

     Wednesday 2/29 Cast, Crew, Pit excused from class at 11am for lunch (provided).  Mini warm-up rehearsal.  Costumes, makeup.  3pm curtain for Senior Citizens Open Dress rehearsal. CHILI’S TODAY!

     Thursday 3/1 - OPENING NIGHT Make up Call 5pm.  Crew Call 5:30 Pit Call 6:15 Character photos after the show (you must remain on stage). SHOWTIME 7PM

    Friday 3/2 - MIDDLE NIGHT Make up Call 5pm.  Crew Call 5:30 Pit Call 6:15 Character photos after the show (you must remain on stage). SHOWTIME 7PM

     Saturday 3/3 - CLOSING NIGHT Make up Call 5pm.  Crew Call 5:30 Pit Call 6:15 Character photos after the show (you must remain on stage).  SHOWTIME 7PM CAST/CREW/PIT AFTER-PARTY IN THE CAFETERIA UNTIL MIDNIGHT SHARP.  You must have a ride at midnight.

     Sunday 3/4 - MANDATORY CAST/CREW/PIT SET STRIKE (sign up for times or stay all day) 10-4  MANDATORY SNOW DATE PERFORMANCE IF NEEDED 3PM.
