1. To enroll a student at Hanover Park High School you will need the following:

• Copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport.
• Social Security number.
• Unofficial copy of transcript from your previous school and/or report card.
• Withdrawal grades from previous school if you are enrolling two weeks after the beginning of school.
• Copy of immunization records.
• Copy of rental contract or deed.

2. Please bring all documents to the counseling office and we will make an appointment for parent and student to meet with a counselor to register for classes.

ENROLLMENT HOURS ARE FROM 7:30 AM TO 2:30 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
