SOCIAL MEDIA - DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP
Students today face a variety of social media platforms on which they can share thoughts, feelings, and images. We encourage all of our students to be good "digital citizens" and think before they post. Being a good digital citizen means adopting actions and attitudes that have a positive impact on digital communities.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is becoming an increasingly important mechanism for teenagers and adults to combat the reality and stress of life in the 21st century. Mindfulness incorporates the awareness of the present moment and encourages people to focus on the here and now and what the body is experiencing at the moment. Mindfulness practices include meditation, breathing exercise and imagery just to name a few. Many apps are available for download and no special training is needed to begin your own mindfulness journey. Applications available for download include:
